After you have placed your order, you then receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number. If you have paid by Paypal, direct debit or credit card, your payment will be processed immediately. However, if you have chosen to pay via bank transfer, you must transfer your payment to our account within 7 days. Our order processing and delivery timeframe begin once your payment reaches our account.
Please note that any quoted delivery time always refers to working days (Mon-Fri).
Shortly before the completion of your order, you will receive another e-mail advising that your order is about to be dispatched. You will also receive a tracking link to track the send status of your package.
Questions about guest books
We sort all orders according to the wedding date. And due to our high order volumes, we need to sequence orders so that everyone receives their wedding materials in good time. So you can order without worrying, even if your wedding is due to take place in less than 25 working days.
Yes. Each guest book will be delivered along with a specified quantity of decorative inserts. Of course, you can also order extra decorative inserts to allow more guests to include their names and messages of congratulations. Thus, the bridal couple should consider how many hearts etc. they are likely to need for their own guest book.
Wedding outfits with acrylic glass are only suitable for indoor use. Acrylic glass must not be exposed to direct sunlight, and should only be cleaned with water.
Questions about decorations
Because space is restricted, we can only engrave a date, or a child’s name, within the heart. You have the option to specify this detail on the product page.
